To legally help us service you we would need the following
An active authority
Qualified driver (Min. 1-year experience)
Carrier packet
References
Copy of CDL for each driver being dispatched
Completed and signed W-9
Proof of insurance
$1,000,000 in auto-liability & $100,000 in cargo coverage
Signed dispatcher-carrier agreement & power of attorney
